Same problem. It's noted at Ring as a "known problem." I spent an hour on the phone with their tech without resolution. It was elevated to the next support level. No response in 48 hours and counting. It's disappointing.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you want to talk to the person ringing the door bell I've found out that you have to turn off the volume from the noise outside then and hit the mic button on and then talk they can hear you much easier and clearer. Hope this helps
