• Yes, alert is sent to ring registered smart phone and registered computers. When the alert is received the app is touched on the event to see it's video on the smart phone or computer in that case. You do have to have a network and be registered with RING and then access the alerts. All alerts remain until deleted.

• Yes you can record or pay them 30$ annually and they store the recordings! Yes annually!
