“How do I tell if my ring II battery is charged? I have 2 batteries so I can swap out. I thought 2nd battery was fully charged but I put it in and got a low battery message. When I try to charge neither light comes on the battery pack.”

• The only way I know of to tell the actual percentage charge is when it’s actually plugged into the device and you check on the ring device app. I get email notifications when battery is running low
