“I had my ring installed on my door however I have a storm door I am finding that it’s only working when the storm door is opened Is there anyway to change this - I have adjusted the sensitivity but it’s not making a difference. Any suggestions - Thanks”

The glass on the storm door is impeding the motion sensor’s ability to “see” motion. It will not work properly unless you move it outside the storm door.
