“I have a ring doorbell on front of house and just want to add viewing at back door. A new doorbell is $79 but a camera is $199. Should I just gt another doorbell version and if so is it adding account so I will have 2 apps to view or can I sync both to 1”

You can have them both linked to 1 account. To the same house. Just name the location differently. 1 of mine says front door, the other says back door.

You will manage both Ring doorbells via your existing Ring app. When setting up a second Ring device, you will open your Ring app, tap on the three lines in the upper left-hand corner and select Set Up a Device. Here you will tap on Doorbells and then select the model of your new doorbell. The app will then walk you through the steps to complete the setup for your new doorbell.
