“I do not have s pre existing wired doorbell. I tried the wireless pro but the gap after pressing bell to receiving alert was too long. Our internet hub is in back room and doorbell would be at front of house. Would lots of drilling be required?”

We recommend that your Ring Video Doorbell is no further than 30 feet from your router, however, the closer it is the better the performance.
