NO they don’t charge anything for the chimes, the fee is for video backup in case you need to use it one day, the fee would be the same with or without the
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ring doesn’t require you to pay a monthly fee like others, BUT in order to save and maximize your videos, then yes you’ll have to. They have 2 packages, one is $3 dollars a month or $30 a year, the other is $10 a month or $100 a year. The first is only for one camera/doorbell. The second adds a warranty to all ring cameras and products you have and covers as many as you have.
