• Hi Craig No it will not it must be 13 volt or higher I had to buy a new transformer for mine. If you are handy and know where your transformer is located it is really simple.

• I had the same issue. Buy a transformer from Home Depot to the voltage specifications provided by Ring. It’s a simple method to replace your old transformer. Make sure to cut power to the transformer prior to swapping and follow all directions.
