The Ring Pro comes with 2 anchor plates option specially for situations like yours. One comes with a slight angle (like a door wedge) which you can turn around depending if you want Ring to point up or down. The other plate (which I used) is angled outwards which comes in handy when your doorbell wiring is perpendicular (90 degrees) and close to your door - the outward angle allows you to get a wider view of your front porch without half of the view being blocked by your door.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My $229 Ring Pro Doorbell came with ONE side wedge to aim it left or right, not up or down. I need something to mount it on vinyl siding, so what they included (for $229) is useless to me. It's incredible to me that this company can't even accommodate the millions of homes that have vinyl siding given that these things cost a fortune. And then you need to pay a monthly subscription on top of it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it comes with multiple back plates to give you the angle you need
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This came with a wedge for installation on siding. There is also another wedge kit for sale separately that has a couple different sizes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The device comes with two angled mounts, one to angle sideways and one to angle up and down. The angle isn't that steep though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it comes with two different back pieces that allows you to angle it up and down or side to side. I used them both stacked on top of each other because my original doorbell was on the left wall down low, which they include all the hardware needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. They included angled covers. However the pro is definitely skinnier than the basic Ring Video Doorbell. Standard would not fit in my doorbell jam. Pro does.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, Best Buy sells wedge kits that can we used. I was able to use these with our cedar siding. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?id=pcat17071&st=Video+doorbell+wedge
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ring came with with mounting plates you can use. Plate to have the camera angled down, one to angle it right and a flat one. You can also mount it directly to the siding, which is what I did due to space.
