I went to Lowes and Home Depot to try to purchase the same 6.5" x 4.5" plate but to no avail. I ended up keeping the old intercom speaker in place and just installed the Ring Doorbell camera right next to it. Hopefully this helps!

I was looking at an outside home decor and an antique brass item looks pretty decent. I had to drill a hole through the center but it covered up what was behind it. In retrospect, I may get a distressed piece of wood and replace it.
