You can try resetting g you network but I’m pretty sure yiu will not be able to setup the door bell remotely You must be able to push the button on the device to enter setup mode that requires manual intervention

They did remotely get into my device with my approval and help with similar situation...but I did have to manually ring it. Can t remember if I had to also push orange button on back when asked. If not, perhaps neighbor or friend can ring it when needed.
