Take the screw off the bottom off your RING, slip out the battery pack, recharge with a usb cable and reinstall. If you have the RING Spotlight and camera setup, be prepared for a lot of ladder climbing. Once again, please read my 1 Star review before you do anything.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Doorbell has two options. 1-hardwired 2-USB charging cord. You have to remove device and charge. Depending on usage- I charge mine on average once a month. Charging time - overnight
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In normal use, a fully charged battery will last many months, then you simply recharge it from any USB standard charger and re-mount it. It only takes a moment to dismount the RING from it's mounting plate and bring it inside for a charge...which should not happen very often. If you don't have an existing doorbell, there are third party power supplies made for the purpose of powering the RING which will do just fine, making it essentially an AC operated device.
