“Purchased a Ring video doorbell with chime. Ring app will not allow download to my 'up to date' galaxy 7. No mention in the web ad that it was not compatible. Any way short of buying a new phone to use the Ring?”

Hello. Thank you for reaching out! The Ring app requires Android Version 9 or higher, with access to the Google Play Store, to work.
