Hello VonA, Good question! Quick Replies is a smart doorbell feature, similar to an answering machine for your door, available for select Ring video doorbells in the US and Canada. Quick Replies is not available for Video Doorbell (1st Gen) or Ring Video Doorbell 2 (discontinued). You can enable or disable Quick Replies at any time in the Ring app. Once the feature is activated and someone rings your doorbell, the visitor will hear a pre-selected message and can leave a reply, unless customized otherwise. There’s no subscription required for Quick Replies. However, only Ring Protect Plan subscribers will be able to access and review recordings of Quick Replies interactions in their Event History. Here is a helpful support article with more detailed information regarding Quick Replies: https://ring.com/support/articles/ztd70/Setting-up-Quick-Replies-in-the-Ring-App. We invite you to reach out to our Community if any additional information is needed regarding your question. The Ring Community is our first peer-to-peer community forum, giving our customers the ability to help one another by sharing their feedback and experiences with each other. You can find it here: https://community.ring.com/. Thank you, Alexis with Ring
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went into the store before 15 day return and I forgot the chime. When I returned the next day warranty expired. I called Ring and I tried to explain to the clerk that the Ring Doorbell was installed but it wouldn’t light up and it was an online order and she said, next. Ring representative told me to return it. Best Buy clerk wouldn’t return it or exchange. Best Buy sucks.
