The Ring Video Doorbell Wired requires an 802.11 b/g/n wifi connection at 2.4 GHz and a minimum upload speed of 1 Mbps, but 2 Mbps is recommended for optimal performance. The Ring Video Doorbell Wired requires an existing doorbell system, Ring plug-in adapter or transformer for power supply (10-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz, or 24VDC, 0.5A, 12W).
