• In my experience you are able to live stream the video and audio manually. The response of the Ring depends on the WiFi connection at its location, and the connection on your device.

• You can live stream anytime as long as you have internet connection. When you push the "live stream" button on the app, it triggers the dormant camera to wake up. Depending on your radio signal from your router, ti could take a long time and the video stream might not be good at all which was my case.
