you don't need to worry about this. you'll see the person. it has a 180deg view and you see it as a "fish-eye" lens
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue and the fisheye lense of the camera is extreamly good and in some ways even better. The camera starts recording when it senses the change in body heat and motion so you get a clear view of the person and you can see their face fine. Usually they also ring the button and turn their face directly to the button to do it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The camera's wide angle may be able to still see everything. Otherwise you could build a small wedge behind the mounting bracket, or just make use of their battery option and move the doorbell beside the door facing straight out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is an angle adapter that I added to my Ring (my doorbell is on the R side wall next to my door or 90 degrees to the door). I found it on Amazon shortly after I got the Ring. I guess you can find it with a search for "Ring" "doorbell" and just look through the whole list.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless you make a custom bracket to angle it, No. The camera attaches to the mounting bracket which cannot be agled from a flat surface.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Ring device is installed flat up against a wall. To do what you want you would need to reconfigure your front entryway
