I found this on google. I have the Chime Pro. Yes, you can absolutely use a Ring Chime Pro (any generation) with a Ring Video Doorbell 3rd Gen (like the Doorbell 3, Doorbell 4, or Wired Pro 3rd Gen, but note the Wired models need a Chime Kit/Pro for internal sound), as all Ring Chimes work with all Ring doorbells and cameras to give you audio alerts inside your home, with the Chime Pro also boosting your Wi-Fi signal for better range.

Please try again later. My doorbell's been broken for years so as I mentioned above Alexa will talk to you when there's someone at your door and your phone will ring like a doorbell when there's somebody at your door. It does come with another chime that you can wire in which I haven't done yet, will do soon. But it's not even essential because I've got two systems already informing me even when no one is ringing the doorbell. The visual activity is what activatesthis new third generation doorbell

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Chime. We appreciate the time you have taken to ask this question. The Ring Wired Doorbell Pro (3rd Gen) is hardwired and requires a standard doorbell system, Ring plug-in adapter (not included) with 16 or 24VAC, 10 to 40VA (with 30 to 40VA recommended for optimal performance), 50/60Hz or 24VDC 12W. The Ring Wired Doorbell Pro (3rd Gen) comes with the Chime Kit Mini, a compact device that seamlessly replaces your existing doorbell chime functionality. It installs above your existing chime box and delivers clear, high-quality chime sounds without requiring WiFi setup. When someone presses your doorbell, the Chime Kit Mini activates within less than a second, providing reliable alerts throughout your home.
