“will it work on ps4/ps5??”

• Thanks for reaching out. The Elo 7.1 AIR is designed specifically for PC gaming, and while game audio and mic audio will work on PS4/PS5 most other features will not and would not recommend this if the primary use is on PS4/5.

• Yes. For the PS5 (I haven't tried the PS4), you can either use the USB receiver OR the 3.5mm jack with the controller port and both will work.
