- Answer Thanks for reaching out. The Elo 7.1 AIR is designed specifically for PC gaming, and while game audio and mic audio will work on PS4/PS5 most other features will not and would not recommend this if the primary use is on PS4/5.

- Answer Yes it is through a bluetooth unit thats sold seperately you get amazing surround sound and here the direction the enemies coming from . this headset for sure give you an advantage over your opponants

- Answer This headset would not be recommended for direct use with a TV, as it has a USB transmitter and does not operate via Bluetooth.

QuestionI use this headset with ps5 and it works, the only thing that doesn t work is the audio/mic button on the headset, is it normal or i must set something?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out to us. This headset was not designed for use with the PlayStation console, and uses the ROCCAT Software suite to function properly on a PC. We can not guarantee full compatibility with this headset and a PlayStation console. so certain features may not work as they should.

QuestionCan 2 pairs of these be used in the same room (but seperate PCs) and not interfere with one another? ie does each headset/USB receiver use a unique frequency?

- Answer Yes! You can definitely use two pairs of the Elo 7.1 Air headsets in the same room. Each headset is uniquely paired to the transmitter so you shouldn't have any issues with interference or headset connectivity.

QuestionMy headset works with my PS4 why won't it work with my Xbox One S, not going to lie it seems weird that it's for windows but will work on a PS4 which is Sony but not work for Xbox which is Microsoft the guys who created Windows

- Answer The Xbox generally requires headsets to be designed in a very specific way for them to be compatible. However, when headsets are designed to work with the Xbox, they often aren't (fully) compatible with other platforms such as PCs or other consoles. That is why headsets compatible with the Xbox are specifically marketed for Xbox consoles. Unfortunately, our headsets are not compatible with Xbox.

QuestionDoes this headset have to be used wirelessly, or does it also come with a headphone jack that can be plugged into a laptop for gaming? We kind of get sick of having to charge things up all the time, so it would be nice to have that option.

- Answer Thanks for reaching out! These headsets were primarily designed for indoor use at a PC. The Elo 7.1 Air generally is only fully supported on Windows systems. Although it works with other systems, such as Playstation, Mac or the Nintendo Switch as well, we can't always guarantee that you won't run into any issues when attempting to use it out in the wild as you've described. - Answer Thanks for your inquiry! The Elo Air can only be customized through Swarm, which is exclusively available on Windows. The headset does not work on Xbox due to specific console requirements.

- Answer Yes you should be able to use them on a chrome book. You will have to have a usb spot free and there is software to download. Overall i have had the headset since November and im loving it. Pbly downside is sometimes the software has to be updated and the headset wont work until its updated.

- Answer I had to load the software on my computer to keep mine from turning off. Once you download it you can set them to stay on. The software is needed to program them to your specs. You may have to go to their website to get the link.

QuestionHow long is the warranty on this product? I purchased a set in May 2021 and it stopped working yesterday. Best Buy shows it to be non returnable at this time.
