- Answer It only requires the software to active certain features like the superhuman hearing and etc. other than that you should just be able to connect the usb and have it connect

QuestionHello, I recently updated to the most current firmware and now the headset will not pair to the dongle. is there a way to downgrade to the last firmware?

- Answer Just re-pair the headset and the USB transmitter aka the dongle, do not close out the process while it is running. Also make sure the headset is plugged into the charging USB 3.2 and the transmitter(dongle) is also plugged in at the same time while it is pairing.

- Answer No, you need the download the drivers to use this feature. It sucks anyways, the sound quality is very bad.

- Answer I recommend plugging them into a PC first and downloading updates from Roccat Swarm, but they sure work for a tv!

- Answer This headset would not offer any sort of compatibility with mobile devices. It is specifically designed for use on PC's that have the ROCCAT software suite installed.

QuestionWhat does it mean when the usb transmitter blinks red? The headset light is white.

- Answer It means that the there is an issue with the headset and the transmitter. Download Roccat Swam on their website and make sure you have the latest drivers for it installed. Then you have to make sure your headset is plugged into the charging connecter, and make sure the USB transmitter(USB dongle) is also plugged into your USB ports on your computer and re-pair your headsets firmware. This should fix your connecting issue.
