• Well this depends on a few things: how loud you have them how well they fit. While they do block out a lot of outside sounds. They are not like noise canceling headphones that emit a low frequency sound to prevent other sounds from entering. It is also going to depend on just how loud she is.

• Just how loud is your random wife? How far away is she , does the room normally quake when she screams. Things to consider . All joking aside. Ambient noise is minimized. . It’s a great value
