• its a flip mic which will break pretty easily

• I don't think it does, however you can push the microphone from the front of your face to the top of your head where the headband for your headset is, and a noise will chime in your earphone that lets you know that the microphone is muted.

• No, if you move the mic arm up, it mutes it the same as a button though.
