“Plastic ground knob does not fit any of my outlets, can i cut it? Any other option? I have tried everyday possible and does not fit.”

• Spend the $2.00 and replace a receptacle with a new one. the plastic plug keeps the unit in the outlet and keeps it secure.

• I had the same issue. I just cut it off. Its a nice feature to help keep it locked into the socket, but it is not necessary.

• We would not recommend cutting the plastic tip.
