• By its very nature, coax cable is not particularly flexible, but this one gets it done pretty well.

• Yes, this cable is also fairly stiff. You can stretch it out, but it retains some of its coiled state even when extended. It may flex out of the coiled state more with time, but I didn't need to have it extend farther than its present state.

• I had similar problems with another brand but rocketfish RG-6 cable was very flexible and I was able to easily straiten my runs. I bought a 50 ft. cable tightly wound.
