“how to connect to a phone line? there are 2 "out" and 1 "in" for the phone line what do i use the in or out?”

• Put phone line coming from wall outlet to in and then runa line out to phone.The other out can go to fax or whatever if you want.

• A bit late, but you plug your phone line into the IN connector, and it basically becomes a splitter with the two OUT connectors (if your power protector has two OUT and only one IN) allowing you to have more than one phone connected to the protection box. You would plug your two phones into the OUT connectors. NOTE: This does NOT mean you get two different phone lines/numbers.
