- Answer No certified HDMI cable is all you need. everything else is a bunch of hype. Make sure it is the latest HDMI version and shop for the best price.

- Answer You only get 4k picture if you're watching some broadcast or on DVDs in 4k. Some programs are in 4k and some movies on Netflix. Go to netflix and search for 4k.

- Answer All you should have to do is plug in the power adapter for the Firestick and connect to the internet. You don't need an HDMI cable. If you are connecting to a soundbar then you need an HDMI cable to go from the TVs eARC or ARC HDMI port to the soundbars ARC/eARC port. If you already have an HDMI cable that has HS (High Speed) on the plug you are good to go. All high speed cables will carry 18 GBs. Unless your present cable is damaged, the new cable will make no difference.

Questioni have the hisense 58’ roku tv and if i plug this into my xbox would it give my tv 120hz. my tv without it is 60hz

- Answer If 60hz is native to your TV then there is no increasing/decreasing that refresh rate. Also, fellow gamer, the jump to 120hz is all but unrecognizable by the human eye. I spent big money (in my eyes) to make that jump, only to be disappointed. Don’t chase it. I have 2 of these HDMI. The 120hz marketing is just saying what it is capable of.

QuestionI have a new LG 43 oled when I first turn it on it flashes/flickers on and off then after less than 5 mins. It stops. I had an older 13 yr old Samsung that had a rocket fish hdmi cable on it. I’m using it on the new tv . Could this be the problem?

- Answer We had similar issue using old hdmi cables on new Sony 4K oled tv. It lost video, then when we tried to reset tv, it just died. Ended up getting replacement tv but switched out to new hdmi cables for 4k as well as new receiver. TV is working great now.

QuestionDoes this plug into an hdmi slot? I tried every spot and it does not fit in the hdmi 3 or 4 input for 4k. What does one end plug into and what does the other plug into? Do i need a 4k player or can I just use the rocketfish with my sony x85k?

- Answer It does, unless you were sent the wrong cord. HDMI has a very tight tolerance though, you need to be plugging it in dead-nuts straight.
