“What driver software do I need? I plugged the cord into my phone (Samsung Gravity-T) and my laptop (Dell Inspiron) and it said that it could not locate the driver software, so I can't transfer anything and basically doesn't work. Help?”

Samsung can provide you with any and all drivers appropriate for your device online
