• I use it on my Fire HDX 7 and I haven't had a problem.I've been using it since June.

• It shouldn't be. The Kindle battery will regulate how much power it pulls.

• Depends on ur device intake. But as long u don't feel ur device get really hot. Then it shouldn't be a problem.
