- Answer It works with my original Xbox 0ne controller. I think you can plug it into any USB port it will fit in. if you can plug it into the box I would do so. also I'm pretty sure it has a USB thing on it so you don't have to use up your one USB port

- Answer Just keep it flipping until you find the right fit. No cutting required but i know what you mean because it took us a minute to find it too. We have a Xbox S too.
