A:AnswerSadly it does not work initially with the all digital edition. While the all digital edition is a copy almost exactly of the Xbox one S it is missing the disc drive therefore it is missing the little grove that it slides past in order to connect to the USB port.
There was an intentional design choice made by the manufacture to prevent it from working with the Xbox One All digital edition.
I’m “not” saying you should cut that plastic piece off.... but if you did... ... it works.
