QuestionWhat are the actual dimension of the mount itself? I am hanging above the fire place and have a stud in the middle and then 16" both ways so I need a mount that the length is at least 32"

- Answer As long as the bracket can reach two studs you are good, the tv is able to slide back and forth on bracket for centering. However you don’t want your bracket to stick out on one side.

QuestionMy wall studs are 22” apart, not 16”. Will this mount allow me to secure into both studs? Just bought one that required 16” gap between studs that I have to return, don’t want to run into problem again.

- Answer Make sure your bracket is level, make sure mounts are level on TV, sounds like common sense but off on one part affects the other.

QuestionOne thing I did not think of when I purchased this item is that there is no way I can get to the back of the tv to attach any additional cables, etc. I am feeling around in the back of the tv; so frustrating! Is there any way to pull the tv out farther.

- Answer Dry run your cables HDMI etc... prior to hanging, out some some zip ties in place, hang run tighten. It works

- Answer You can slide it on the bracket left and right with some effort (I would recommend 2 people) and after loosening the clip screws but in terms of easily accessible swivel...that is only up an down.

QuestionI purchased this item and it is described as a tilting mount but it only seems to tilt about one inch. There’s really not much more room than for it to tilt an inch. Did I install it wrong? It will tilt UP, but it bottoms out as flush going down.

- Answer The unit should tilt back and forth. Make sure you are pulling the tv from the middle area, top and bottom.
