A:Answer Rocketfish produces USB cables that are limited to charging only...when they call it a charging cable, that's all it does...connect voltage and ground to your device so that it may charge...these cables do not include the wires for passing data. This has been very helpful in my office where USB devices are not allowed on corporate computers, but I am still able to charge my phone using the USB on the corporate computer.
