“Popping Knocking Noise I am experiencing a popping/knocking noise when I use this. I have tried it with 2 subwoofers and they both have this happen. If I wire them direct they don't so I know its the Wireless system, Any ides how I can stop this?”

Try stereo inputs on transmitter, worked for me... If receiver has sub out just use splitter to utilize both left & right. Connected back to single input & popping came back very quickly !!

Also, another reason could be that the base and receiver are out of range - 45 feet seems substantial but if the receiver is behind a couch or something, that could impact the signal.

Make sure to triple check all connections to both the sender and receiver and see if that fixes the issue. Also the range is 45 feet so make sure they are at least that close, or closer if there are objects or walls between them. If it is still having issues, take the units and receipt into Best Buy to the Geek Squad counter for warranty evaluation. Warranty is 1 year.
