Just bought an ally x a month ago. It’s having controller issues. Sent it in for repair. Asus claimed it was water damage while the screen worked power and volume worked so water damage is unlikely.. they want to charge 520 dollars for repair. Since then I’ve looked into it and they are always scamming people with warranty claims specifically with the rog Ally devices. Watch the gamer nexus video on asus. Do not buy asus. Check out the legion go Z1 extreme with steam OS.
