- Answer Hello, This depends on what connections your DVD player has. If it has HDMI then yes but if your DVD player uses composite AV (red,yellow,white) then no you would need an adapter.

- Answer I was about to use my cable to attach to back of this set to the internet wall connection when it built-in WiFi picked up my router in the house. So for me, no hard wired cable is used.
