“I have a 4K tv with 2.0 hdmi, Roku 4 is 2.2 HDCP. HDMI ports on my tv are labeled 4K @ 60hz 2.0 in. I am not blown away by the 4 k videos as we see in retail stores. How much difference should this make or not make? 2.0 vs 2.2”

Make sure you are getting 4k content to your TV. Even some TV's that are 4k require you plug these types of devices into a specific port for true 4K. Easiest way to tell would be with your netflix account. If you can see Dare Devil or House of Cards with the 4k logo, then you are truly in 4K.
