They do have the option to subscribe to the NBA League Pass, and I can't tell what the NFL is going to do this year, as the app is down for maintenance and will be back the week that regular season starts. So with the NBA, you would need to have subscribed to the NBA League Pass to get that, and with the NFL I suspect that to be the same way as well. Let me know if you got any further questions.
