“Does this TV have some sort of setting that would make it turn off after a specific amount time? If so, can you tell me how to remove that? We just got this television and it turned off by itself after several hours. Otherwise defective and going back.”

Hi Christine, yet! It sounds like your TV has our auto power savings setting enabled. This setting will automatically enter your TV into a low-power mode after 15 minutes of inactivity and proceed to turn the TV off automatically after 4 hours. To disable this feature, visit the Roku TV's home screen and navigate to Settings on the right hand side. From here, choose System, Power, and disable Auto power savings. Happy Streaming!
