• A:Answer NO!!! And that's ridiculous. It's 2024, all TV'S have Bluetooth for easy pairing to headphones. If I would have known I could not pair Bluetooth headphones, I would have purchased a different model or brand. Disappointed

Q: QuestionDoes this TV have some sort of setting that would make it turn off after a specific amount time? If so, can you tell me how to remove that? We just got this television and it turned off by itself after several hours. Otherwise defective and going back.

• A:Answer Hi Christine, yet! It sounds like your TV has our auto power savings setting enabled. This setting will automatically enter your TV into a low-power mode after 15 minutes of inactivity and proceed to turn the TV off automatically after 4 hours. To disable this feature, visit the Roku TV's home screen and navigate to Settings on the right hand side. From here, choose System, Power, and disable Auto power savings. Happy Streaming!

• A:Answer Absolutely! After I decided to cut my expensive cable I replaced my old TV with a 43 inch Roku tv. I added a fire sticks to it and my other TV's. Then cut off my Comcast. I was paying $245 for Comcast plus Roku and Amazon Fire. Now I pay less than $100 a month and get more content. Soooo, it's so easy that a chimp can do it and cheaper.

Q: QuestionMy new Roku 43R4A5R tilts forward on those V-shaped plastic legs. It takes two felt pads under the front of the feet to level it upright. Why is this happening? The screws are on securely. Is it a right side versus left side difference? Swap them?

• A:Answer I figured out why. I had mounted the legs into the mounting holes located about 8 inches more toward the center. These holes were not meant for that and there was a slight rise in the plastic frame, preventing that screw from screwing the leg flush to the frame. I simply inserted a rubber washer between the frame and the leg for the back screw. Problem solved, and my legs, which are now closer, will allow me to put the TV on a small stand. This is not the intended use for these holes, but I have decided it was safe enough for me. Be advised that if you do this wrong, and your TV tips over, your warranty may not cover your loss.

• A:Answer Yes it is wall mountable! I mounted it on the wall in my travel trailer. It is also big but light but I take it down and put on the bed when traveling. The trailer came with a removable TV mount. I use a Verizon 5G Home Internet Cube while camping and get more channels and movies for a rainy day or after the sun goes down. But still enjoy mostly the Special Forces TV outside. The mounting holes are at the 200 area.

Q: QuestionThis TV went on sale yesterday 8/16/23. Is it being discontinued? The nearest location with this TV from my home is 55 miles. Not available in any Best Buy store around me and also not available for delivery.

Q: QuestionCan you mount this TV on a wall instead of using the included legs? From the pictures of the rear shown here it doesn't look like it has the standard holes for mounting to a wall.

• A:Answer Agree that the manufacture photo is deceiving, so maybe this photo will help. A 300 X 300 Vesa wall mount should not interfere with any connections, although I'm not positive of that.
