A:AnswerHello Savvy! You cannot use headphone mode and the tv speakers at the same time. Headphone mode is made for private listening to not disrupt others, so both won't play at the same time.
A:AnswerI found out the hard way! It has to be a Roku branded tv or the soundbar with 4 wireless speakers will not pair. My tv is a TCL with Roku and will pair a Soundbar OR wireless speakers, but not both.

A:AnswerYes for a price. Cost me $179.00 for unmounting old tv and mounting the new one. I also paid $49 for them to take away my old one as it didn't work.
