Hello, I just purchased the new Roku 65" Pro 4K Series TV, and those side-firing speakers work excellent, as they have plenty of power, however, Roku does make a special Bluetooth Soundbar which is a 2.0 channel wireless exclusively for this Pro Series TV, along with a matching bass wireless speaker for those who like more of a bang. Now, Qled is a 4K Series TV while an Oled is an 8K Series TV. However, no channels are broadcasting 8K Movies yet, and only a few now, are broadcasting 4K Movies at this time. Of course, this will get better in time, as more people purchase 4 and 8K TV's. Note; everyone has a personal sound preference, so with that, one might want a soundbar, but another will not. My personal feelings, this 65" Pro Series does not need a soundbar, but this is me. Hope all of this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! We're proud of our Roku Soundstage Audio, featuring Side-firing Dolby Atmos speakers designed by Roku’s Audio Innovation team to deliver a wide, cinematic sound. We recommend experiencing it firsthand at your local Best Buy to truly appreciate the quality. For an even more immersive surround sound, consider expanding with the Roku Wireless Soundbar, Roku Wireless Speakers, and Roku Wireless Bass. Regarding the display technology: QLED TVs enhance color and contrast using a backlight with local dimming, making bright areas stand out and deepening blacks. OLED TVs, with pixels that light up independently, offer thinner designs and perfect blacks. Each has unique benefits depending on your preferences and budget. Happy Streaming!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the 55” Pro Series and am very happy with the sound from the TV! We’ve used a Bose 3-2-1 stereo sound system to listen to a variety of tv’s for about 25 years and I don’t think we’re going to hook it back up. It’s that good. Listened to Milt Jackson on Pandora through the new ROKU tv and that iced it. This is VERY good sound right out of the tv. If you have a home theater or want to blast music at a party you’ll want a larger stereo system but for watching tv and easy listening, this Pro Series is enough.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, I have this very same ROKU Pro 65" TV, and those side-firing speakers are excellent. No need for a soundbar at all. Also, if you do decide on a soundbar, your side-firing speakers will automatically shut off, as you will only hear sound from the soundbar speaker. Hope this helps.
