But if you are asking whether you can browse the internet, the answer is "Not directly since Roku does not have a built in browser app."
But you can use your mobile phone to cast/mirror to the Roku, and thus see on the TV what you are seeing/browsing on your phone. Alternatively, you can also stream/mirror a computer using wifi, or you can hook a desktop or laptop to the TV using an HDMI cable and use the computer to browse while displaying it on your TV.
