Yes you will need a device for every TV. There's no subscription needed. You can just sign up for playstation vue, then add it to you roku. It's super easy.

Not sure about PlayStation VUE, I have Xbox One and not sure if it's available on the Roku. I would suggest the Roku stick since they upgraded the processors and it's now just as fast as Roku 2 and 3 but costs less. Unless you can get the Black Friday deal going on right now for the Roku 3 at $49.99 which is an absolute steal!

There's no subscription to use it and there are thousands of free apps that you can load from their store. You can get Playstation Vue by loading their app on your roku and paying for the subscription with playstation.
