Remove.the batteries, put them back,don't put the cover yet and press the purple button in the remote next to the end of the batteries for 5 seconds to re-boot it. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You would have to go back to Walmart and ask for a replacement. But why do you need a remote controller? Just download Roku remote app onto your cell phone and you will never need a physical remote.

Please try again later.You should take it back to WalMart w/ the reciept and explain what happened but good luck because electronics have a timed return period(not sure time frame). Amazon or Roku.com. Or go to the google play stoe, download the Roku app and its got a remote you can use. Just link your stick to it and youre good to go.
