I don't know of any reason it would not. HDMI is HDMI. (well, almost)

Yes, this device requires an HDMI input and a power source. The power source can either be a USB input on your tv or can be simply plugged into a standard 110v wall outlet. It would then require a wifi signal to connect to and stream your desired content, Netflix, HBOgo, etc.
