No. I bought a Mohu Leaf 30 for my local channels, and it works great--actually get 23 channels with it.

not as is. You would either need to add the sling option, or do what I did and just buy a cheap antenna and save a buck.

Not that I am aware of, but you can get an HDTV antenna that will show local channels.

No, Roku offers internet streaming. It does not allow for local channels.
