ROKU has a great website. I highly suggest that you check it out in detail. It has a wealth of information. You can get many free "channels". You can use an HD antenna, or stream from your internet provider. My provider is AT&T so DirectTV Now is my programming plus I still get all the free "channels" to. Read carefully; The only actual FREE zero cost real time "live" channels will only come from your local stations on an HD antenna.
