Plug it into one of the TV's USB ports and when you turn your TV off your Roko will turn off.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The player doesn't shut off, unless you unplug it. The channels that you select show up on your home screen, and you shouldn't need to go through the channel store again unless you want to add more channels.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, turning the Roku off just requires you switching from whatever HDMI port you are using and return to live tv. I don't know if you can choose a favortie channel but it does maintain a list of frequently used channels if that is what you mean.
