I have slow internet at 6 Mbps and I have zero issues, in fact I got the Roku just because of the lag issues we were having with other streaming devices. The Roku solved our problems. I initially went with the Roku 2 which is great, but the Roku 3 went on a Black Friday sale for $49.99 which is less than I paid for the Roku 2 so I exchanged it for the 3. Highly recommend it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not done a lot with mine yet, but the only lag I had was when updates were running on my laptop. I am using a Lenova Yoga. If I watch my Lenova, I can see that the TV is a bit off from the monitor. . . but really not that much, and I am mirroring, so it's not a big deal for me. . . if I were gaming, that might make a difference.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I could say that it's not snappy but mine has no pronounced lag. My internet and wi-fi are awesome so I'm sure it contributes to good performance.
